This Privacy Policy explains how HEFT Directional Drilling LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("HEFT," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with heftdrilling.com (the "Site"). HEFT is a horizontal directional drilling contractor serving Arizona. The Site is informational and is used to respond to bid and contact requests — it does not support accounts or payments.

When you submit the contact form on this Site, we collect the information you enter: your full name, email address, and the service you select, which are required, and your company name, phone number, and project details, which are optional.

Our hosting provider also records standard server log information automatically for every visit to the Site, such as IP address, browser and device type (user agent), and access timestamps. This is a routine part of operating and securing a website.

This Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not set cookies or local browser storage of its own.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and prepare a bid or quote, and otherwise communicate with you about your project. We use server log information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. We also keep ordinary business records of inquiries we receive.

Contact form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a cloud database service, and the Site itself is hosted on Firebase Hosting, also operated by Google. Google acts as our service provider for these functions and processes this information on our behalf.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for ordinary business recordkeeping, after which it is deleted.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who support the operation of the Site (such as Google/Firebase), when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other transfer of our business.

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including in California; we will honor applicable requests consistent with those laws.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
